Your Feedback - How Did We Do? -

If you have any thoughts you would like to share with us regarding this report or the Practice in general, please do not hesitate to contact us. After all, it's good to listen and more important to listen!

In July 2016, we appointed Kim Breaker as our Patient Engagement Officer. She supports our Practice Manager by updating the practice leaflet, reviewing the website and noticeboards, analysing results of surveys and holds patient focus groups. A summary of the latest meeting held in November 2016 is available here and is also displayed in the surgeries.

Due to various reasons, we did not undertake an annual review of feedback for 2015-2016. We sincerely apologise for this and wish to reassure you that throughout this time we continued to listen, respond to your concerns and made improvements.
