Avon Valley Practice is a two-site practice, with surgeries in two  villages along the Avon Valley.  The branch surgery is located in Durrington and is linked to the main site in Upavon.

Treatment is available both on the NHS and privately for a wide range of general medical problems from either male or female doctors and female Practice Nurses.

Should you wish to register with us, please ensure you are eligible for treatment and then visit one of the two sites.

It is possible to register as either a temporary or permanent patient, depending on how long you plan to stay in the area.
